At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or Learn Fast cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription through your account settings or by contacting us at support@learnfast.app.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service within 7 days of your purchase, contact us at support@learnfast.app for a full refund.

After the 7-day period, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Learn Fast and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Learn Fast, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
